1. Custom Products

All blinds and curtains we produce are made-to-measure. Because they are customised for your windows, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or do not match the approved specification.

2. Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order at installation or delivery. If you notice defects or discrepancies, notify us within 7 days so we can assess and rectify the issue.

3. Our Warranty

We provide a 24-month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects, faulty hardware, and installation issues under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or reasonable wear and tear.

4. Repairs or Remakes

If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. In rare cases where repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund for the affected product.

5. Cancellation Before Production

You may cancel your order without charge within 24 hours of paying the deposit, provided production has not started. After materials have been ordered or manufacturing has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover costs incurred.

6. Appointments and Access

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a site visit or installation. Missed appointments without notice may incur a call-out fee.

7. Returns of Accessories

Unopened accessories or hardware (e.g., brackets, hooks) purchased separately may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

9. Consumer Rights
