Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once you accept our quote in writing or pay the deposit specified on your invoice. Custom products are manufactured to your approved specifications and cannot be resold.

We may require a deposit before commencing work. Final payment is due upon installation or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.

5. Access and Installation

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and ensuring that installation areas are clear. We may charge additional fees for delays caused by inaccessible sites or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice.

6. Product Care

We provide care instructions for each product. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorised alterations. Warranty coverage may be void if instructions are not followed.
